He’s very straight-forward and transparent, super knowledgeable about the market and the process, and you can trust that he will give you good advice. My experience with Steve as a realtor showed me just what a different experience a good agent makes. When comparing it to my buying agents, it’s night and day. Steve was an absolute professional and a huge help selling my mom's home. We started the process early, but she passed away during and it caused a huge delay in the process in regards to probate. But Steve was there the whole time and helped me get the house repaired and ready to sell when we were allowed by the courts. Steve went that extra mile to make sure everything went smoothly, especially considering I reside in a different state than the property.
